Support for MegaMes users

If you need help with the MegaMes mobile app, contact support by email. We accept requests in English and Russian.

What we can help with

  • Account access, login, and device setup.
  • Messaging, media upload or download, and notification issues.
  • Bug reports, crashes, and App Store/TestFlight feedback.
  • Privacy, security, and data deletion questions.

Response time

We usually reply within 2-5 business days. Complex technical cases can take longer if we need to reproduce the issue or inspect server-side diagnostics.

What to include

  • Your device model, operating system version, and MegaMes app version.
  • A short description of the issue and the steps that reproduce it.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if they help explain the problem.

Privacy and safety

Do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys, or full private message contents unless support explicitly asks for a specific fragment needed to diagnose the issue.

Пожалуйста, не отправляйте пароли, коды подтверждения, приватные ключи и полное содержимое личных сообщений, если мы отдельно не попросили конкретный фрагмент для диагностики.
